These terms are a launch-ready structural template for GlowEdit, but they are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. Replace business placeholders and review them before commercial launch.

Using GlowEdit

You may use GlowEdit to edit images you own or have permission to edit. You are responsible for the images you choose, the edits you create, and how you use or distribute exported results.

Prohibited use

You may not use GlowEdit to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, create exploitative or non-consensual sexual imagery, facilitate abuse, or distribute malicious content.

Rights to your photos

You retain your rights in photos and edits that belong to you. This browser-only build does not require you to grant GlowEdit ownership of your selected images.

AI and editing limitations

AI segmentation, facial landmark detection, retouching, and other automated effects can be inaccurate. Results may vary by image, pose, lighting, device, browser, and model availability. Review an exported image before relying on it.

Availability

The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Some AI features depend on browser capabilities and configured model asset hosts.

No professional advice

GlowEdit is an image-editing product. It does not provide medical, legal, identity-verification, forensic, or other professional conclusions about people shown in images.

Third-party technology

The application may use open-source or third-party browser technologies and AI models. Those components may be governed by their own licenses or notices.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GlowEdit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Before commercial launch, have counsel adapt warranty disclaimers, liability limits, consumer-law language, governing law, dispute terms, and business identity to the jurisdictions in which you operate.

Changes

These terms may be updated when features or legal requirements change. If you add accounts, subscriptions, cloud storage, server AI, or user-generated content sharing, these terms should be expanded accordingly.
